25-194 ¿ Property Sweeping and Pressure Washing Services at the San Francisco DMV Field Office

The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform property sweeping and pressure washing services at the San Francisco DMV Field Office (approximately 106,722 total square feet of property that includes approximately 72,803 square feet of paved surfaces accessible to motor vehicles) for the term of this Agreement.

Bidder must be certified by the State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Enterprise Services (OSDS), as a Certified Small Business.

The awarded contractor shall utilize truck-mounted equipment (trailer-mounted equipment shall not be utilized) to perform property sweeping on all paved surfaces accessible to motor vehicles (parking lots, driveways, skills test areas, gated vehicle enclosure areas, etc.) during the term of the contract.
