Request for Bids for 105th Ave. & Chambers Rd Span Wire Signal

The City of Commerce City is seeking a qualified contractor to construct 105th Ave. & Chambers Rd. Span Wire Signal, Project No. 2024-16-PW-CO. All Work must be completed within 120 days of the issuance of a Notice to Proceed.

The City uses the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (BidNet) in the advertisement and facilitation of solicitations. Respondents must only rely on documents provided online through BidNet or received directly from the Procurement official: bidnetdirect.com//city-of-commerce-city

Questions must be submitted electronically through BidNet prior to 5PM on Tuesday, March 18, 2025.

A recommended virtual pre-bid meeting will be held through Microsoft Teams on Thursday, March 13, 2025, at 9 AM MST. While not mandatory, bidders are responsible for any information presented or shared at the pre-bid meeting. Meeting information is included in the bid document.

Sealed bids must be submitted online through BidNet prior to 3 PM on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Bidders are invited, but are not required, to attend the virtual bid opening. Public Bid Opening Meeting Information is included in the bid document.
