Scope of Services
This project supports digital and content marketing through creative development, strategic planning, and content creation. The vendor will collaborate with the internal tourism team to deliver adaptable, on-brand content and a media plan for multiple platform.
Scope

•        Plan and curate digital content, including email marketing, social media, and sponsored content

•        Produce video and photography assets to support multi-channel marketing

•        Develop advertising templates for quick-turn, reactive campaigns

•        Create flexible, cross-platform creative assets (print, digital, paid social media, broadcast)

•        Propose digital media calendar focused on ad placements that will work cohesively with our current organic media schedule.

Branding and Strategy:

•        Review and assess the current brand identity, including logo and tagline

•        Identify opportunities for strategic alignment and collaboration

Digital Advertising:

•        Plan campaigns across digital media platforms (Tripadvisor, Meta platforms, Groundtruth, etc.)

•        Suggest target markets and key locations for Marketing Campaigns.

•        Create platform-specific ad creative and copy

•        Propose creative, unconventional advertising strategies

•        Demonstrate knowledge of emerging trends and technologies

Analysis and Reporting:

•        Analyze campaign performance across all channels

•        Deliver detailed reports on key performance metrics

•        Offer data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvements

E-newsletters:

•        Design updated templates

•        Curate an e-newsletter schedule

•        Recommend strategies to improve engagement and click-through rates
