Project Description: The Bay Area Toll Authority (BATA) is seeking responses to a Request for Information (RFI) regarding the replacement of its FasTrak® Regional Customer Service Center (RCSC) Back Office System (BOS). BATA is evaluating its tolling back-office procurement approach and is seeking input from the industry to better understand alternative options. BATA intends to hold individual meetings with interested and qualified vendors to hear thoughtful responses to targeted questions. Responses to the RFI will be used to inform BATA’s approach to replacing its back-office.
