Description

Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to provide and install five (5) new access control doors at the 94 ASTS (Building 550), Dobbins Air Reserve Base (DARB). The Contractor will utilize the Avigilon Unity access control system or a similar system approved by the Contracting Officer. The system shall facilitate 24-hours access for authorized personnel using their Common Access Card (CAC) or other approved credentials. The contractor shall provide all necessary documentation, including training materials, system manuals, and warranty information.





The objective of this project is to provide a secure and reliable access control system for the 94 ASTS medical staff, enabling authorized personnel to access the facility during non-staffed hours. Access shall be granted through scanning a CAC or other authorized credential against a proximity card reader, which will authenticate the user against the access control system. The system will maintain an audit trail of access attempts and granted entries.
