The work of this contract includes, but is not limited to the following: Renovation of the current registrar’s office (approx. 3900 sf) located in Student Services Center, Suite L157, to accommodate the Guided Pathway Advisor Program. Work includes selective demolition of existing walls to accommodate new offices, selective modification of ceiling grid and tiles, relocation of existing light fixtures, diffusers, relocation of existing doors, installation of new doors, new flooring, and paint.
