The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO), Taxpayer Focused Division intends to award a firm-fixed price order for Enterprise Logistics Information Technology (Elite) Software Maintenance which includes a 12- month base period and one 12-month option period.
This is a sole source action with Softeon, Inc., of Reston, Virginia for the software maintenance of the ELITE inventory and distribution system., which was determined to be the only source capable of providing the required software maintenace. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 in compliance with FAR 13.5 procedures.
Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, or by submitting capability statements. This notice of interest is not a request for competitive quotes. Offerors must be registered in SAM and all responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, will be considered by the Agency. Quotes are due no later than the response date in the posting. Responses/offers shall be submitted electronically, PDF or MS Word Format to email address in the posting. This is an all-or-none requirement and partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award on a single purchase order to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the Solicitation.
Any amendment(s) issued to this Request for Quote (RFQ) will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the Offeror's responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement. No telephone requests.
