Traffic Signal Warrant Study for Intersection of Kidd Road-Nolensville Road

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town is seeking a qualified consultant to prepare a Traffic Signal Warrant Study, in accordance with applicable standards and guidelines, for the proposed installation of a traffic signal at the intersection of Kidd Road and Nolensville Road. The purpose of this signal is to improve both traffic safety and traffic flow., and the completed study will be submitted to the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) for review and consideration.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTALS is THURSDAY, September 4, 2025, at 2:00 PM (Central Time). All submittals should be mailed to Montique Luster, Town Recorder, Town Hall, 7218 Nolensville Road, Nolensville, Tennessee, 37135. The envelope containing the submittals must be sealed and addressed to Montique Luster, Town Recorder, and plainly marked " Statement of Qualifications – Traffic Signal Warrant Study- Kidd Rd- Nolensville Road ”. Statements of Qualification that do not adhere to these submittal requirements will be considered non-responsive. Statements of Qualification received after the deadline will not be accepted. Faxed or emailed Statements of Qualification will not be accepted. DO NOT INCLUDE PRICE INFORMATION IN THE STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS. The Town will utilize a qualification-based selection process.

The Town shall reserve the right to reject any and all Submittals if said body deems it necessary and in the best interest of the citizens of Nolensville, Tennessee. An RFQ pre-submittal conference will not be held. Questions regarding the RFQ should be directed to Chuck Downham, Assistant Town Manager, at cdownham@nolensvilletn.gov. . The Town will maintain a list of questions and responses for periodic distribution in the form of an addenda that will be posted on the Towns website. Questions will be accepted through August 27, 2025, to ensure that all parties have adequate time to review the response(s) prior to the submittal deadline
