This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Secure Parking Services (commercial items) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Instructions to offerors and quote submission criteria are located in Section 7, Addendum to FAR 52.212-1- Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Offerors (Sept 2023)
Quotes are due September 17, 2025 at 1:00 PM Eastern to the Contracting Officer via email at brandon.wish@usdoj.gov.

The Department of Justice, United States Attorney’s Office (USAO) - Middle District of Tennessee (MDTN) has a requirement for thirty (30) reserved parking spaces for USAO staff.
The Contractor shall provide thirty (30) reserved parking spaces within a 3-block radius of Fred D. Thompson U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building located at 719 Church Street, Nashville, TN 37203. The parking facility shall possess the following minimum features:
- Spaces shall be located within a strict 3-block radius of the address above.
- Spaces shall be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without exclusions (regardless of special events, etc.)
- Spaces shall be “reserved”, to be used exclusively by USAO staff.
- Spaces shall be secured by an overnight security presence, at a minimum.
