| Specific Conditions for Procurement: |
The Supplier must have the following experience in order to be considered for award of the Contract:
a. The Supplier must be a masonry restoration contractor with demonstrable experience acting as a general contractor restoring heritage properties within the last ten (10) years. b. The Supplier must have as least ten (10) years demonstrable experience in coordinating and managing construction work on occupied, fully operational sites and involving the conservation of historic and roman stone masonry. |

.1 Suppliers are required to attend a mandatory site meeting to familiarize themselves with the Project and ascertain the full extent of the Work required. The mandatory site meeting will take place at Casa Loma, 1 Austin Terrace, front courtyard local time on July 3, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., Toronto. Site meetings will not be available at any other times. .2 Suppliers must sign the attendance sheet at the mandatory site meeting during the designated date and time for their Bid to be considered. .3 Bids submitted by Suppliers that do not attend the mandatory site meeting or fail to sign the attendance sheet shall be declared non-compliant. |
