The Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR) Diagnostic Countermeasures Branch (DCB) requires leasing, installation, and validation of pre- and post-analytical specimen processing instrumentation systems. The Contractor shall provide preventative and emergency maintenance, as well as all consumables needed for the proper functioning of the systems.
