The United States Government, represented by the Agency for International Development (USAID)/Pacific Islands is soliciting Phase-One Qualifications Statements from organizations interested in providing the services described in this Solicitation.
USAID is soliciting a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for a design-build contract. The Total Estimated Cost for services under this contract is between $800,000 and $1,500,000, subject to the availability of funds. The NAICS code is 541310. This solicitation is being set-aside for local Fijian Organizations.
This acquisition for construction is being procured in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 36.3 - Two-Phase Design Build Selection Procedures.
• Phase-One will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 36.303-1 P - Phase One.
• Phase-Two will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 36.303-2 - Phase Two.
USAID/Pacific Islands anticipates awarding one firm-fixed-price contract. For Phase Two, the U.S. Government may award this contract without discussions.
The order of magnitude of the resultant contract, in accordance with FAR Part 36.204, is $1-5 million USD. All work must be finished no later than 365 days after Notice to Proceed (NTP).
