TWIN OAKS INTERSECTION IMPOVEMENTS

Project Description: Online sealed bids for the TWIN OAKS INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS will be received by Upper Chichester Township online via the PennBid Program at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com until 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
All Bid Documents, Construction Plans and Specifications are available online via the PennBid Bonfire Program at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com at no cost to prospective bidders.
The successful bidder, who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay PennBid Program a fee of 1/3% of the contract award value. There is a minimum award fee of $150.00 and a maximum of $6,000.00. Bidders must confirm the fees associated with bidding through PennBid and the successful bidder is responsible for the fees associated with the awarded bid.
A bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, made payable to Upper Chichester Township, must accompany each bid.
The Bidder's attention is called to the fact that this project is assisted with federal funds, and various federal requirements apply as noted in the bid documents, including but not limited to equal opportunity provisions. Davis- Bacon and Related Acts, Build America Buy America Act and Section 3 Final rule threshold requirements for contracts over $200,000 in HUD funds, and the requirement of a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price.
Award of Contract will be to the lowest responsible bidder, but the Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
