| Description: | The City of Sanford is requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide design services necessary to complete a Small Cities Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Neighborhood Revitalization Project. The CDBG-NR consists of replacing approximately 7,500 linear feet of 6-12-inch sanitary sewer lines. The project area lies within the area bounded to the west by Short Street, extending east to S. Fourth Street, bounded to the north by Austin Street and extends south to Courtland Drive. Copies of the detailed Request for Qualifications for engineering design services, including a description of the required services, proposal submission guidelines, and evaluation criteria, can be obtained by emailing bidopportunities@tririverwater.com. Please ensure the project name is included in the subject line to facilitate proper handling of your request. Proposals must be received by 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 24th, 2024, at City of Sanford, City Hall, 225 E. Weatherspoon Street, P.O. Box 3729, Sanford, NC 27331. Please ensure the project name is clearly included in your submission. All questions must be submitted no later than 5 calendar days before the solicitation closing date.
