PAN AMERICAN WASTEWATER RECLAMATION FACILITY CENTRIFUGE BUILDING

The City of North Port is requesting sealed bids to secure the services of an experienced, professional, licensed, and qualified Contractor capable of providing construction services in accordance with the specifications and drawings to construct the Pan American Wastewater Reclamation Facility Centrifuge Building in its entirety.

NON-MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING FOLLOWED BY SITE VISIT:

SEPTEMBER 17, 2025, AT 9 AM

All potential Bidders are recommended to attend the non-mandatory pre-bid conference FOLLOWED by Site Visit. This meeting is to provide bidders with project overview and City’s specific expectations for the bid documents and address any questions you may have. The site visit immediately following the meeting will be your only opportunity to walk the project area and see the conditions firsthand.
