INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - SANE Services - Ann Arbor VA Healthcare System

SPECIAL NOTICE

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Networking Contracting Office (NCO) 10, in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(2) (soliciting from a single source) intends to issue a firm fixed price sole source award with University of Michigan – Health to provide Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) Services for the Ann Arbor VA Healthcare System. Market Research was performed and University of Michigan – Health is the only agency willing and able to provide Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) Services. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures as authorized by FAR 13-501.

NAICS is 621330 and size standard is $9 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
