The proposed action is to award a new Long Term Contract for Oil Pump Assembly. This item is a source-controlled item (sole source) to CUMMINS INC. (CAGE Code: 15434). The Government does not have drawings for this item that are suitable for competitive procurement. The TDP is fully defined, but the government does not have full data rights.
