This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to make no award from this solicitation.
* The deadline for all questions is 3:00pm MST, January 16, 2025
All questions must be submitted in writing no later than the question cut-off date marked above. All questions will be answered officially through an amendment to the solicitation.
** Quotes are to be provided to Christopher.delauro@va.gov no later than 1:00pm MST, January 20th, 2025.
Quotes shall not be hand carried. Faxed quotes shall not be accepted. Emailed quotes are the only method of submitted quotes (4MB size limitation per email). The Government reserves the right to make award solely on initial Quotes received. Offerors bear the burden of ensuring that all portions of the offer (and any authorized amendments) reach the designated office before the deadline specified in the solicitation. This RFQ shall be completed in its entirety, and signed and dated, responses failing to meet this criteria shall not be considered for award.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 effective October 1, 2025.

The Oklahoma City Veterans Affairs Health Care System (OKC VAHCS) requires 2 golf carts with the following minimum requirements.
Seating for 8 passengers
4 hp Kohler EFI engine, 429cc,
hour meter,
fuel gauge,
4-wheel brakes,
Lightweight and rustproof aluminum frame and chassis,
6-ply premium tread tires,
wheel covers,
independent front and rear suspension,
Fixed rear seat,
Beverage holder,
LED Running Lights,
Headlights,
Taillights,
Brake Lights,
Horn.
In addition to the standard features, the golf carts will need to be equipped with the following:
Extended Canopy Top (White)
Hinged Windshield
Factory Alloy Wheels
Weather Enclosure
Full Service and Detail
An example of the type of golf cart being sought is the Club Car Villager 8 Gas powered 8 passenger golf cart. This model or equivalent that meets all the specifications listed above will be considered.
