Roof Repairs, Maintenance & Installation Services as Needed
Pursuant to MGL Chapter 149, the City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, Bid #26049 for Roof Repairs, Maintenance & Installation Services for City owned roofs as needed. DCAMM Certified Contractors are sought for the following category: “Prime Roofing”. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid price. Bids will be due and opened electronically on Wed., Oct. 22, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. on bidnet direct
