General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

Delineated Area:

North Boundary: From the intersection of Bentsen Rd. and University Dr. (TX State Highway 107), traveling east on University Dr., continuing east on University Dr. to the intersection of University Dr. and Interstate 69C.

Eastern Boundary: From the intersection of University Dr. and Interstate 69C (U.S. Highway 281), traveling south on Interstate 69C to the intersection of U.S. Highway 281 and Ridge Rd.

Southern Boundary: From the intersection of U.S. Highway 281 and Ridge Rd., traveling west on Ridge Rd., continuing west on Ridge Rd., continuing west on Ridge Rd. (later equivalent to Colbath Ave.) to the intersection of Colbath Ave. and Bentsen Rd.
