U.S. GOVERNMENT





General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:





State: Wyoming



City: Cheyenne



Delineated Area:



North: North on Carey Avenue to W 22nd Street

South: South on Capitol Avenue to W 20th Street

East: East on W 22nd Street to Capitol Avenue

West: West on W 20th Street to Carey Avenue



Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,552



Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,897



Space Type: Office



Parking Spaces (Total): 2



Parking Spaces (Reserve Structured): 2



Full Term: 15 years



Firm Term: 10 years



Option Term: One 5-year option



Additional Requirements:




  • The proposed space must be a contiguousspace to meet the ABOA SF listed above.

  • Cannot be collocated with law enforcement agencies.

  • Hours of operation are 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday.





Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainabilitystandards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain).



Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition
