REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) #025-006

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF VRE FRANCONIA-SPRINGFIELD STATION IMPROVEMENTS

The Virginia Railway Express (VRE) is soliciting Proposals to obtain professional construction management services for the construction of improvements at VRE’s Franconia-Springfield Station located at 6880 Frontier Drive in Springfield, Virginia.

If potential Offerors are accessing a copy of the RFP via VRE’s website, be advised that it is your responsibility to monitor this site for any addenda. Failure to submit signed addenda may be grounds to declare a Proposal non-responsive. If there is a question about the closing date, the date printed on the RFP is the most current.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting to discuss the requirements of this solicitation with prospective Offerors will be held on November 21, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. EST at the VRE Franconia-Springfield Station located at 6880 Frontier Drive, Springfield, VA 22150.

Any changes to the solicitation as a result of the pre-proposal meeting will be issued through a written addendum to the solicitation.

Proposals are due December 18, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. EST.
