The Commonwealth seeks up to Six (6) five-bedroom group homes in the communities identified below in S.A-2.3. The group home residents will receive continuous care and supervision from full-time staff assigned to these homes. Some residents may leave the home on weekdays to participate in programs and receive services to address their needs; other residents may participate in programs and services in the home. The User Agency will make the determination of program and service location for all residents living in these homes.
