Construction of the New SWAT Tower and Situational Training Space at the LPD Training Center

The City of Lakeland Public Works – Facilities Maintenance Division is requesting proposals for services of qualified and experienced State Certified Licensed General Contractor (CGC) or Building Contractor (CBC) registered in the State of Florida, to perform all work outlined in the attached project specifications and construction documents for the New SWAT Tower and Situational Training Space at the Lakeland Police Department Training Center.

The Lakeland Police Department is requesting to demolish their existing SWAT Rappelling Tower and reconstructing a new SWAT Rappelling Tower along with an attached building to house a Situational Training Space. The new building is proposed to be sited west of the existing SWAT tower location at the Lakeland Police Department Training Center Facility.
