Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Roof
Replacement and Repair Services as described herein.
Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, parts, supplies, incidentals, complete plans,
equipment, disposal, travel, permits, inspector fees, and other fees necessary to make repairs to the flat roofs.
