Recreational & Support Amenities for the Rio Salado Parks and Tempe Town Lake

Project Description: The City of Tempe herein invites all qualified and interested parties to submit proposals for the development and operation of recreational, as well as support amenities at the Rio Salado Parks (RSP), adjacent to Tempe Town Lake (TTL). The City is seeking creative, feasible proposals from firms and cohesive teams that have a proven track record for developing impactful and regionally distinct projects located in regional community assets. Priority will be given to land-based or operated amenities, though water-based amenities will still be considered, except for those focused on supporting on-water, passive recreation.
