ADDENDUM NUMBER: One (1)

REASON FOR ISSUANCE OF THIS ADDENDUM:
The information included herein is hereby incorporated into the contract documents of the subject
RFP and supersedes any conflicting contract documents or portion thereof previously issued. This
Addendum corrects scheduling, cross-reference, and clerical errors identified in the originally
published RFP. Where a corrected date or term below conflicts with the originally published RFP,
the corrected version in this Addendum governs.
1. SCHEDULE AND DEADLINE CORRECTIONS (Part II, Sections C and D)
The following day-of-week designations are corrected. All calendar dates remain unchanged; only
the named day of the week is corrected to match the calendar.
* Letter of Intent deadline: corrected from "Friday, June 22, 2026" to Monday, June 22,
2026 (appears in both Part II.C.1 and Part II.D.1).
* Proposal Questions - opening of inquiry period: corrected from "Monday, June 23,
2026" to Tuesday, June 23, 2026 (Part II.C.2).
* Proposal Questions - close of inquiry period: corrected from "Friday, June 30, 2026"
(Part II.C.2) and "Monday, June 30, 2026" (Part II.D.3) to Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
* Addendum/Question Response issuance date: corrected from "Monday, July 1, 2026"
to Wednesday, July 1, 2026 (Part II.C.2).
For the avoidance of doubt, the Proposal Deadline and Proposal Opening remain 2:00 P.M. and
2:15 P.M. (Local Time), Friday, July 10, 2026, respectively, unchanged.
2. DELIVERY TIME REFERENCE (Part II.D.10)
The Proposal delivery deadline reference is corrected from "2:00 P.M. EST" to 2:00 P.M. (Local
Time), consistent with all other references in the RFP.

3. EVALUATION AND SELECTION CRITERIA (Part II.G.2)
Item 2, which was incomplete in the published RFP, is corrected to read in full: "All Proposers will
be ranked in descending order according to total points. If there are five or more Proposers,
the Clerk reserves the right to invite the top three (3) ranked Proposers to provide oral
presentations. A second evaluation and ranking will be made after the oral presentations."
4. PRICING VALIDITY (Attachment 16 and Part II.D.18)
The pricing validity period is clarified for consistency. Both references now read: "All prices must
remain valid for 180 days after Proposal opening." This corrects the prior reference in
Attachment 16 to "120 days from proposal submission date."
5. CONTRACT TERM - STATUTORY CROSS-REFERENCE (Part VI, Section 18.3)
The internal cross-reference is corrected from "this paragraph 24" to "this paragraph 18.3."
6. CLERICAL CORRECTION (Part VI, Section 6 - Verification of Employment Eligibility)
The sentence is corrected from "Contractor agrees to proposal by Florida Statue 448.095" to
"Contractor agrees to abide by Florida Statute 448.095."
PLEASE BE AWARE THIS DOCUMENT HEREBY BECOMES PART OF THE REQUEST FOR
PROPOSAL NUMBER 02/26.
