Description:

The Town of Dracut seeks responses for an entity to manage, staff and operate the snack shack at Veteran’s Memorial Park, 80 Broadway Road, Dracut, MA 01826. There will be no revenue to the Town under this agreement. The Town of Dracut shall conduct interviews of respondents. The Town anticipates a license agreement to be signed with one vendor. The Town reserves the right to renew the agreement for two additional seasons (2026 & 2027). Please download the documents for all expectations and draft agreement.
