Coweta County Work Release TPO roof replacement

Coweta County is accepting sealed bids at the Coweta County Administration Office; 22 East Broad Street Newnan, GA 30263 (Room 206) for the Coweta County Work Release TPO Roof Replacement at 101 Selt Road Newnan, GA 30263. All sealed bids must be received no later than December 3, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. After such time on the same day at 11:00 a.m., bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Coweta County Administration Office, 22 East Broad Street Newnan, Georgia 30263 (Room 206). Bids received after the designated date and time will not be accepted and will be considered invalid. Coweta County may negotiate changes with the successful bidder. An inability to comply with negotiated changes shall deem the bidder unsuccessful and shall void any contractual agreements reached.
