Description
Notice is hereby given by the City of Vancouver (“City”) of its intent to contract with Micro Strategies Inc. for the supply and delivery/provision of Litera Contract Companion Software Subscription Renewal.
Litera Contract Companion software is a proofreading tool that leverages Artificial Intelligence. The City has licenses that require software subscription renewal. Software subscription renewal protects the City’s investment. This software is used by the City’s Legal Department for automated proofreading (fixing broken reference links, comprehensive find-and-replace of legal terms throughout a document etc.).
Litera is the manufacturer of the software and as such, they have allowed Micro Strategies Inc. to provide software subscription renewal for our licenses.
TERM: 3 years
Contract Value: $24,627.30 USD
