Description
Aquatera is developing the Valve Replacement Program project involving the replacement of
13 valves in 2025. Additional valve replacement work may be awarded under this RFP in 2026
- 2030. Contractor scope includes:
• Mobilization/Demobilization,
• Supply/maintenance of all necessary traffic control to complete the job during construction
activities,
• All locates and any required hydro-vac,
• All required notifications with impacted customers and coordination with Aquatera’s
Distribution/Collection Department and Engineering,
• Excavation an backfill,
• Material supply, inclusive of valves, bolts, hardware, and consumables,
• All required commissioning and testing per Aquatera Utilities Inc standards, and
• Repair of all Asphalt, Concrete and landscaped surfaces to the City of Grande Prairie or County of
Grande Prairie Specifications, and includes all geotechnical testing.
