Spike Stinger Tire Deflation Devices, Spikes, Aluminum Mats

It is the County’s intent to enter into a contract with one qualified entity to provide Spike Stinger Tire Deflation Devices, Spikes and Aluminum Mats and associated inventory for the Montgomery County Department of Police as per the terms, conditions, specifications and Quotation Sheet contained herein. These devices will primarily be used in high stress, dangerous situations where it is imperative that users understand the full capabilities, can practice deployment on the track with vehicles, and can learn to inspect and maintain the equipment in accordance with tested specifications. The training required must consist of an overview, use cases and maintenance.
