The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation (HACN) is seeking general contractors or qualified flooring installers to provide labor only for the removal of existing VCT tile, removal of adhesive and prep work to make ready for new LVP flooring including but not limited to applying floor leveler, removing existing base trim, install approximately 50,000 square feet of flooring and cove base installation in various locations within the 14 County Cherokee Reservation. Location to be provided once a vacant unit is ready for installation. Each location will be a vacant low rent unit that will range from 600sf – 1200sf. The units will vary in layout.
