Sanitary Sewer Easement Clearing (Three (3) Year Multi-Year)

The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is soliciting sealed Bids for Sanitary Sewer Easement Clearing (Three (3) Year Multi-Year) . Bids are to be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO 3:00 pm 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 30, 2026 June 30, 2026. Late Bids will not be accepted.

Project work includes clearing vegetation along the County's sanitary sewer system easements as well as to remove accumulated debris from sanitary sewer stream crossings on an "as-needed" basis. Work will be assigned County-wide.

DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management’s (DWM) Wastewater Collection and Transmission System (WCTS) includes an estimated 2,700 miles of sanitary sewer lines, and approximately 70,000 manholes. Sanitary sewer easement clearing services and associated work activities completed under this Contract will serve to improve sanitary sewer system operation.

In addition to the clearing of easements. supporting tasks to be provided by the Contractor in performance of the Work include, but are not limited to, public notification and traffic control.
