Instructional Design Consulting Services

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to retain the services of a qualified Instructional Design Consulting (IDC) services capable of updating, designing engaging course material for some of SIGA’s core training modules. SIGA’s Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) will assist in the development where required. The goal is to leverage innovative eLearning solutions to provide our employees with engaging, effective and accessible learning experience that support their professional growth. The IDC will play a key role in helping us deliver impactful learning experiences through SIGA's Learning Management System (LMS). The successful proponent must possess solid experience in the development of media-rich online learning solutions, knowledge of LMS environments, articulate in instructional and visual design principles, best practices and current trends in the industry, know how to execute accessible content, and are adept at creating instructionally and technically sound interactions.
