ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at DPW Field Office,

1118 F Street, Lewiston, Idaho 83501 until 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard. local time, on Thursday,

February 26, 2026 for DPW Project 22382 Maintenance Building, SHN, Department of Health and

Welfare, Orofino, Idaho.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: This project will include the

demolition of the existing maintenance facility building, construction of a new pre-engineered metal

building (3,500 SF), and remodel of an existing building for office use. The pre-engineered metal

building

(PEMB) will include shop space and ancillary areas.

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Pacific

Standard, prevailing local time, at 301 Hospital Dr., Orofino, Idaho, 83544. Bidders are encouraged to

attend.

One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and

electrical subcontractors from the Pivot North Architecture for a refundable deposit of $1,000.00. Others

may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public

Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.

Estimated Cost: $1,311,394
