Description: Binghamton University is looking to procure a web application that allows instructors and TAs to grade student work online, calculate and view statistics based on the correspondent data, and deliver graded work and feedback to students. SUNY intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law 355 (5) {a}, which is up to $125,000, for the above noted commodity / product or service.
