This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued to procure the goods or services, as specified in this Section 2, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the State of Maryland (“State”). The Contractor shall provide high quality, comprehensive dental assistant services for youth aged ten (10) to twenty (20). Services will be provided on-site in the dental suites at the Baltimore City Juvenile Justice Center (BCJJC) and the Cheltenham Youth Detention Center (CYDC).

You are strongly urged to attend the pre-bid meeting in order to understand the scope of work. Those attending shall meet virtually on June 30, 2026 @ 9:00 a.m. (link provided below)
