Electronic bids will be received by the BOARD OF EDUCATION, City School District of Columbus, Ohio, Office of
Capital Improvements (via Public Purchase), until Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM and will be opened and
posted publicly to the District website immediately thereafter for the Accessibility Upgrades at Ridgeview Middle
School, according to the plans and specifications, dated January 2, 2026, prepared by DLR Group. The estimated
Base Bid cost for materials and labor at Accessibility Upgrades at Ridgeview Middle School-Pkg.1: Accessibility,
Restrooms, Railings, Egress & Hardware is $800,000.00. Plans and Specifications may be secured at the bidder’s
expense plus shipping costs from Franklin Imaging, 500 Schrock Rd, Columbus, OH 43229, (T) 614-885-6894 or

Revised Code. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Prevailing Wage Rates do
