IFB No. 130940 Road Paving - 1300 Area, Camp San Luis Obispo

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to remove and replace existing asphalt roadways, improve drainage infrastructure, construct concrete walkways, install pavement striping and signage, perform associated site work, and complete all related work at the 1300 Area, Camp San Luis Obispo, California. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Administrator listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 130940, Road Paving - 1300 Area and Contractor Business Name.

Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 7/23/2026, at 10:00 AM at Camp San Luis Obispo, 10 Sonoma Avenue, San Luis Obispo, CA 93405. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Robert Hawkins at Robert.Hawkins@cmd.ca.gov.

The prime contractor MUST possess a type A - General Engineering Contractor license.
