It is the intent of this Request for Proposal for Blount County Government on behalf of Blount County Records Management and Archives to procure a contract for Records Digitization Services.
Proposal documents may be obtained at https://blounttn.ionwave.net/login.aspx. Vendors are encouraged to register with Blount County and submit their response through the online bidding system at this same link. If you have any issues registering in the online system, contact the IonWave help desk at 866-277-2645, ext. 4, support@ionwave.net, or Blount County Purchasing, 865-273-5740, purchasing@blounttn.org.
Proposal responses are not accepted via email or fax. Offerors must allow ample time to submit their response. No information may be submitted or modified beyond the Response Deadline Date/Time.
Manual (hard copy) proposals are an optional method of response and must be submitted no later than the response deadline to Blount County Courthouse, Blount County Purchasing Room 319, 385 Court St., Maryville, TN 37804-5906.These hard copy submissions must also include ALL documentation requested in the online bidding system including, but not limited to, all online proposal document attachments, response attachments, attributes and line items, and must have the Bid Cover Form attached to the OUTSIDE of the sealed envelope, with any required license information included.
When registered, vendors may submit questions and/or substitution requests via the Questions tab for this RFP in the online bidding system. Please make note of the question deadline. Prior to proposal submission, it is the bidder's responsibility to access the online bidding system and ascertain they have received any addenda and viewed answers to published questions and proposed accordingly.
The public proposal opening will be held at the response submittal deadline at Blount County Purchasing, Blount County Courthouse Room 319, 385 Court St., Maryville, TN 37804-5906. The opening may also be accessed via Zoom at https://us06web.zoom.us/j/9091933547. Meeting ID: 909 193 3547. Offerors shall access the online bidding system for possible extension of this date and time. If you have problems accessing any Zoom meeting, please phone Blount County Purchasing, 865-273-5740.
