The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), as Owner, on behalf the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia (Using Agency or BOR), is seeking firms interested in providing building commissioning services for a project known as Project No. J-446, Skiles Critical Infrastructure Renewal and Upgrade, at Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia.
