Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is seeking a Contractor that is a 3M authorized dealer and 3M certified installer to supply and install 3M™ Fasara™ Glass Finishes – Leise adhesive privacy film, on the glass windows and doors of the entrance to our Canton office reception area, 816 30th St. NW. Canton, OH 44709.

A) OOD shall base the award on lowest cost.

B) OOD will also base the award on the respondent that is responsive, responsible, and able to complete the work described in the summary.

C) A formal quote must be attac hed.

D) Respondent shall complete and submit the Certification Statements form if seeking a Buy America, Buy Ohio, and/or a Veterans Preference. If not seeking a preference, Respondent does not need to return the attached form.

Optional Site Visit
Measurements provided in Exhibit [A] are approximate and are offered for reference only. Contractors are strongly encouraged to verify all dimensions and site conditions independently. Contractors may visit the Canton office to take measurements of the reception area entrance on  either July 17, or July 20, 2026, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM ET.
