Georgia State University (GSU, ¿Using Agency¿), is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from firms providing General Contractor (¿GC¿) services for the project known as Project No. S002-015-26, Decatur SB, Auditorium Upgrades, Room SB1190 at Georgia State University, Decatur, Georgia. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify the most qualified potential providers of the above-mentioned services. All respondents to this RFQ are subject to instructions communicated in this document and additional terms and conditions listed in the Owner¿s Request for Qualifications / Request for Competitive Sealed Bids (RFQ/RFP). GSU reserves the right to reject any or all statements of qualifications or proposals, and to waive technicalities and informalities at the discretion of GSU.
