This solicitation is to establish a Service Contract to provide Grease Trap Cleanout as specified for the

Louisiana Department of Corrections - Elayn Hunt Correctional Center for an initial period beginning

with date of award and ending June 30, 2027. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance

by the Contractor, this contract may be renewed for two additional 12-month periods at the same

prices, terms and conditions. Total contract time not to exceed 36 months.

It is the intent of the State to award this contract on an all-or-none basis to the overall lowest

responsive, responsible bidder meeting the specifications. The State further reserves the right to

reject individual line items from the award.

U1 and U2 Kitchen Grease Trap Cleanout

To provide: All equipment, tools, supplies and labor

necessary to pump out grease traps, manholes and lift

stations as needed and to include removal and disposal of

grease and / or waste material.

To provide vacuum truck as described below to pump out

and dispose of grease and / or waste material in a legal

manner at no cost to the institution.

Truck tank:

To hold up to 3500 gallons

HOSE: 4" suction hose, 30' long with a 30 PSI vacuum

WAND: 25' wand at 3,000 PSI

Contractor must come during regularly scheduled work

hours: Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:00AM and

2:00 PM. This excludes weekends and holidays.

Services are to be on an as needed or as called for basis.

The number of pumpage services needed is estimated for

each line.

The Agency reserves the right to increase or decrease the

number of services needed.

**In the event the Agency needs to increase the quantity of

grease traps and / or lift stations to be pumped out, specify

the gallon price below on each line provided:

- Two 500 gallon grease traps on Unit 2

- Two 500 gallon grease traps on Unit 1

- One 20' deep manhole located south of the four grease

traps listed above.
