Project Description: The City of Vancouver is seeking proposals from qualified firms/individuals for consulting services to conduct comprehensive utility rate studies for the City’s Water, Sewer and Stormwater Enterprise Funds. Firm will also conduct a review and update the City’s Water and Sewer System Development Charges and complete an analysis of the potential for creation of a new Stormwater System Development Charge.
