Yorba Linda Water District (YLWD) is requesting proposals from interested and qualified Ubiquiti partner vendors for the purchase of specified networking equipment as listed on the Equipment Proposal Cost Bidding sheet.
Proposals must include all requested items and quantities listed on the Equipment Proposal Cost Bidding Sheet to be considered; no substitutions will be accepted. |

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
A. The vendor shall certify that they are a Ubiquiti Registered Partner as of the date of the submission of their offer, and that they have the certification/specialization level required by Ubiquiti to support both the product sale and product pricing. B. Proposals must contain the following: a. All requested items and quantities on the Equipment Proposal Cost Bidding sheet b. All shipping/handling fees that apply c. Availability of items and estimated time of arrival d. Implementation or Installation Services are NOT needed. e. All items shall be new, of merchantable grade, free from defect and carry full manufacturer’s warranty. f. Yorba Linda Water District is subject to California sales and/or use tax for tangible items at a rate of 8.75%. Please indicate as a separate line item if applicable. g. Proposals received after the closing time will NOT be considered. h. Upon award, the vendor shall submit a completed W-9 – Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification if not already a current vendor with the Yorba Linda Water District. i. All equipment shall be delivered to: 913 Richfield Rd, Placentia, CA 92870. Vendor shall be responsible for all delivery, freight, and handling charges unless otherwise specified. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. |
