Operation of these vehicles will require charging at Belleville MetroLink station at 718 Scheel St, Belleville, IL. This RFP is a solicitation for construction services for a turnkey charging infrastructure solution. The construction solicitation, and construction project management will be performed by Bi-State Development (BSD). Upon completion of this Work, SCCTD will own and maintain the chargers. |
