The City of Stone Mountain is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide on-call professional services in Architecture, Engineering, and Surveying. Services will support a wide range of municipal needs, including project management, engineering design, construction oversight, stormwater management, water and wastewater systems, GIS services, and related technical support.
This solicitation is for on-call services rather than specific projects. The City intends to select multiple firms to support various assignments as they arise.
Sealed proposals must be received no later than Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (EST) at the City of Stone Mountain, Office of the City Manager, 875 Main Street, Stone Mountain, Georgia. Late submissions will not be considered.
Firms must demonstrate relevant experience, qualifications, and the ability to provide required services, including any necessary professional licenses and authorization to conduct business in the State of Georgia.
The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to make multiple awards in the best interest of the City.
