North Bridge Street Mill and Overlay

Project Description: Bids will be received online via the PennBid Program until 10:00 A.M. prevailing time on Friday, September 18, 2026, at which time they will be opened. After bid opening, the results will be available for viewing on the PennBid website. Bids received after the opening will not be accepted. The successful bidder will be selected by the Owner at a later date. The project generally comprises approximately 3,008 SY of 1 ½-inch milling of North Bridge Street roadway and the furnishing and placement of approximately 3,008 SY of 1 ½-inch bituminous material overlay. Questions will be accepted until 4:00 P.M. prevailing time on Monday, September 14, 2026. All questions must be submitted in writing through PennBid and will not be accepted by any other means. Bidding Documents and solicitation details are available online at no charge through the PennBid Program at https://pennbid.procureware.com. Reproduction of the Bidding Documents or placement of the documents on websites other than PennBid is not permitted. Bids may be modified or withdrawn at any time prior to the opening of Bids. After the Bid opening, Bids may be withdrawn only in accordance with applicable Commonwealth of Pennsylvania laws and regulations, as further described in the Instructions to Bidders (Document 00100). Bids shall remain open for acceptance for 60 days from the date of Bid opening, unless award is delayed by a required governmental approval, bond sale, or grant award, in which case the Bids shall remain open for 120 days. Marietta Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
